ADROIT6000 Series

ADROIT6000 Series

One Sensor. No Compromises. Discover ADROIT6200 - the first release of ADROIT6000 industrial pressure sensors family. ADROIT6200 is a high performance, robust pressure measurement device. It combines the best mechanical properties of micromachined silicon in a fully welded 316L stainless steel body with the latest digital processing capability to offer levels of accuracy, previously unavailable in a device of this type. It offers a full suite of pressure measurements including gauge, absolute and differential references and pressure ranges from 70 mbar to 350 bar. It is a digitally compensated sensor which has more standard analog outputs in a full suite of gauges, and absolute and differential ranges. Housed in an all-new 19mm package, it is designed to fit in the tightest of spaces. ADROIT6200 offers operating temperatures of -40°C to 125°C and survival to 150°C (302°F), fast update rate of 1ms, and 0.1%FS total performance from -20°C to 80°C

Druck PTX1800 Series

Druck PTX1800 Series

The PDCR 1800 transducer (mV output) and the PTX 1800 transmitter (4 to 20 mA output) are the latest generation of fully submersible titanium high performance sensors for measurement of hydrostatic liquid levels.

PTX661 Drilling Mud Pressure Sensors

PTX661 Drilling Mud Pressure Sensors

The PTX661 hammer union pressure transmitter has been designed for use in extremely harsh environments in both on-shore and off-shore Oil Drilling operations where high shock and vibration is likely to be encountered. The PTX661 incorporates Druck’s proprietary high-accuracy silicon sensor with up to 2.5 times better accuracy than many competitive devices. The low-volume oil-fill technology allows response times of faster than 2 kHz. The field-proven 4 to 20 mA electronics, packaged in a rugged enclosure, provide power supply regulation, reverse polarity, overvoltage and EMC protection. The fully encapsulated design provides exceptional reliability in high shock and vibration environments

Druck DPS 8000 High Accuracy Resonant Pressure Sensor

Druck DPS 8000 High Accuracy Resonant Pressure Sensor

The RPS/DPS 8000 is the first product to incorporate the exciting new TERPS technology. TERPS is a resonant silicon pressure sensor technology platform that provides an order of magnitude greater accuracy and stability than current pressure measurement technologies. The new TERPS technology also extends the pressure range capability to high pressures and, by incorporating true pressure media isolation, greatly improves its suitability for use in harsh environments. In addition to providing the performance and packaging improvements available with TERPS, the RPS/DPS 8000 product line takes advantage of best practices to offer a wide range of pressure and electrical connections to enable a level of customization for your specific requirements never before available in the performance class of this sensor.

PTX/PMP 3000 series

PTX/PMP 3000 series

Our PTX/PMP3000 series has been the platform of choice, serving the Aerospace industry for the past 20 years. These products have been rigorously tested and qualified for use on a multitude of applications including: Hydraulic / ECS / APU / Engine / Landing Gear / Braking and others. This product range is tried and tested, used within the worlds most popular single aisle and twin aisle airframes. Quality and reliability is at the heart of everything that we do at Druck, these fielded products provide our customers and end users with reliability and peace of mind. At the heart of the 3000 series is an advanced high stability pressure sensing element, micro-machined from single crystal silicon in Druck’s own Class 100 processing facility. Resistors are diffused into the silicon diaphragm by ion implantation that forms a fully active four-arm strain gauge bridge. Single crystal silicon is perfectly elastic and has excellent mechanical properties.
