Sensepoint with Junction Box
The Zareba Sensepoint range of flammable, toxic and oxygen gas detectors offer users a low cost solution to their gas monitoring needs, in or out of doors and even in potentially explosive atmospheres. Note: the flammable sensor is certified to +50°C only (see Sieger Sensepoint for higher temp ranges). Supplied with a pre-wired Junction box, the detector can be installed using conduit or armoured cable and glands depending on individual site standards. The Junction box includes a hinged lid to ensure both hands are free to complete electrical connections. Threaded M20 as well as ¾” and ½” NPT clearance entries are included as standard, each one fitted with an appropriate seal, so enabling the user to select the most convenient entry size to use. All Sensepoint gas detectors are pre-configured at the factory and do not require calibration during operation. Sensepoint gas detectors are designed for use with Zareba Touchpoint gas detector controllers.

Sensepoint XCL with Bluetooth
Thanks to Honeywell’s use of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, you can install, commission and maintain your Sensepoint XCL gas detector — all from the palm of your hand. Simply pair the detector with your smartphone: then use Honeywell’s Sensepoint XCL gas detector app to wirelessly perform many tasks — from adjusting set points to checking fault codes — from up to 10 meters away. Everything you need for installation is in the box, organized for fast, convenient startup. Use our simple drilling templates and a standard toolkit for installation. And for initial calibration, all you need is our gas detector app on your smartphone and a cylinder of calibration gas — no need for walkie-talkie guidance with the control room. Use the app to create a profile for the detector, choose alarm set points, run test procedures and automatically generate a commissioning report, which you can send from your phone to other stakeholders or store for easy access in a safety inspection. No need for paperwork. Sensepoint XCL's smartphone-based experience significantly reduces the time you spend on gas detector maintenance. For sensor replacement, simply remove one screw on the cover plate, and our app guides you on the rest. And when doing maintenance checks, our app puts diagnostic information at your fingertips. You can also save valuable time with easy reporting on the smartphone app. Whether you need a maintenance report for a certain detector or a gas history for a safety audit, just select the right report on the app and send it to other parties — or store it for easy recall. For a complete gas leak detection system, Sensepoint XCL has the perfect partner in Touchpoint Plus, a configurable, easy-to-use controller for up to sixteen channels of gas detection.

Sensepoint XCD
The standard XCD is an Ex d gas detector suitable for use in Zone 1 environments and is available in 3 versions; flammable, Oxygen and toxic. Each is supplied with a pre-installed stainless steel sensor cartridge and fully tested and calibrated ready for installation. Replacement sensor cartridges are available. Configuration and control of the unit is achieved through use of a magnet removing the need to open the unit, while the tri-colour backlit display provides instant indication of the detector status at a glance. The XCD catalytic sensor can be used to detect flammable gases in the range 0 to 100%LEL while the infrared (IR) sensor versions are available for the detection of methane in the range 0 to 100%LEL, propane (with cross-sensitivities to ethylene and butane) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2) in the range 0 to 2.00 %v/v. Both sensors are used in conjunction with the flammable version of the transmitter. The electrochemical cell (EC) sensors are available for the detection of oxygen and toxic gases; Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) and hydrogen (H2). Each detector is supplied with the pre-fitted sensor, nylon weather protection, stainless steel blanking plug, magnetic wand, hex keys, printed quick start guide and CD-ROM. All transmitters are also available with Modbus interface as an option.

Series 3000 MkII (flameproof) and Mk III (intrinsically safe)
The Series 3000 range of transmitters provide comprehensive monitoring of toxic and Oxygen gas hazards in potentially explosive atmospheres. Suitable for mounting both indoors and out, they are available in two versions and offer excellent versatility. The MkII is contained in a flameproof housing, has an intrinsically safe sensor connection and is for use in predominantly Zone 1 applications. However with the use of the optional remote mounting kit the sensor of the MkII can be mounted in a Zone 0 environment. The MkIII is for use with a separate suitable IS barrier (to be ordered separately) allowing the complete transmitter to be used in Zone 0 applications. These low powered gas detectors all feature a loop powered 4-20 mA connection, making them ideal for both new and retrofit installations. Users can configure the detector through the use of the easy to read LCD and intuitive interface while fault diagnostic software and a programmable calibration period greatly simplify maintenance procedures.

XNX Universal Transmitter with MPD Sensor
XNX is an extremely flexible gas transmitter that can be configured to accept an input from any of the Honeywell Analytics range of gas sensor technologies. It can also be configured to provide all the industry standard output signals; a key feature of the XNX transmitter is that it comes with HART over 4-20mA as standard. This enables users to have a single type of interface to all their gas detection needs, even when different types of detectors are employed. XNX is ATEX, IECEx, UL, CSA and SIL2 approved and is housed in a flameproof enclosure available in either marine grade painted Marine Grade Al or stainless steel 316. A large backlit multilingual LCD clearly indicates the unit’s status using a combination of text, digits and icons. Users can configure or conduct routine maintenance via magnet switches without ever needing to open the unit. An optional local IS HART® terminal port is also available if local interrogation is required. Local LEDs are also provided to indicate the unit’s status at a glance. "XNX Universal transmitter including MPD sensor and sensor cartridge.
