Flush Mount Pressure Transmitters - SmartLine ST700
Part of the SmartLine® family of products, the STG73P is a gauge pressure transmitter with a flush mounted diaphragm. Installed using a 1” sleeve welded to the process piping the diaphragm face may be situated flush with the process piping wall. Typically applied to applications such as head boxes in pulp and paper mills, flush mounting eliminates the possibility of clogging. In addition, the transmitter mounting facilitates rapid and trouble free replacement. The SmartLine family is also fully tested and compliant with Experion® PKS providing the highest level of compatibility assurance and integration capabilities. SmartLine easily meets the most demanding application needs for pressure measurement applications.
SmartLine Manifolds
SmartLine manifolds come with built-in safety mechanisms, are factory leak tested and certified to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations and maintenance of process applications. Available as standalone parts or as an integrated, factory tested and certified assembly along with SmartLine Pressure Transmitters, these essential accessories help minimize total cost of ownership for the users, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and EPC contractors.
STT170 Smart Temperature Transmitter
The Honeywell STT170 series of programmable temperature transmitters provide cost-effective solutions for temperature monitoring applications. Compared to direct-wired temperature sensor monitoring points, the STT170 series of transmitters delivers increased accuracy, safety and reliability while also reducing wiring costs. These transmitters automatically linearize the temperature output signal bounded by the upper range value and lower range value established by the user. In addition, the user can program high or low limit alarms to activate in the case of sensor failure.
SmartLine STT650
Their compact designs, along with dual channel options, help accommodate multiple temperature measurements on a panel, thus lowering both costs and inventory. STT85A is an integrated probe assembly based on SmartLine Temperature transmitter STT850, caters to tough industrial applications and includes variety of temperature elements, thermowells, and extension types.
MVX700 OEM Pressure Transducer
MVX700 OEM Multivariable Pressure Transducers are based on Honeywell’s multivariable sensor technology. The transmitters measure both differential pressure and absolute pressure and eliminate the need for two separate transmitters or transducers integrated to flow computers or chart recorders. The multiple measurements carried out by the pressure transducer and the proven sensor characterization lower the overall costs for users. Based on the proven piezoresistive sensor technology, the pressure transducer provides upto ±0.0525% accuracy and stable readings for differential pressure and absolute pressure to improve product reliability and reduce zero drift for flow computers. The transducer also contributes to increased flow accuracy for manufacturers of flow computers.
MVX800 OEM Pressure Transducer
MVX800 OEM Multivariable Pressure Transducers measure both differential pressure and static pressure (absolute or gauge). Similar to MVX700, it eliminates the need for two separate transmitters or transducers integrated into flow computers. The multiple measurements carried out by the pressure transducer and the proven sensor characterization bring significant cost savings to users while enabling effective flow measurement. The transmitter transmits an output signal proportional to the measured variables in multiplexed pulse format for interfacing with the flow computers or RTUs.
